Pros

Employee Engagement efforts are appreciable. lot of activities happens in SEZ like cultural activities. A very good place to have fun at work. Good opportunities for onsite.

Cons

Employee attrition rates are high. Salary package would be the main problem in IT sector that affecting Infosys as well. But recently few salary hike had happened.
