Pros
Indeed has amazing benefits, especially when it comes to fertility coverage. I went through multiple rounds of fertility treatments and hardly paid anything out of pocket. It was the only way I was able to have a family without going into large amount of debt. The parental leave is unheard of for the US. Six months paid, and slow ramp up for return was something I will always be grateful for. Depending on the team you can have amazing managers to work for as well.
Cons
There have been layoffs every year since 2023. Always on edge when the next layoff is coming and if it will be your turn to get cut. Promotions take an extremely long time. They recently cut a lot of DEI programs.
