      Pros

      Fantastic perks. Could not be happier with how I am treated as an employee. Great work/life balance. Management trusts you and does not micromanage. They encourage you to come up with ideas for improvement of any processes. Overall, a fantastic place to work and I am ecstatic about the time I have spent here.

      Cons

      No company spaceship or amusement park. I really wanted them to give me a chinchilla when I was hired on and that did not happen.

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
