Pros

Overall, a good place to work as long as you are ready to fight for roles you are already doing and compete by playing the game, It is a corporate environment for sure, where others get promoted based on their proximity to the corporate office and their ability to stroke the egos of supervisors. I saw many employees slip into positions that they were not prepared for, above those who clearly were more capable simply because the former could talk a good game. If you don't have aspirations to climb the ladder (or are ok with just doing an excellent job and not competing in a fake environment), you can be happy here.

Cons

Incompetent staff get trained into roles that others are better positioned for, based on buddy system and proximity to in-office work.

Pros

I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

Cons

The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
