      - Incredible work life balance - Manager is very nice, helpful, and advocates for me (at least my manager does XD) - Incredibly friendly atmosphere. Lots of social activities. - Can remote work or work in the office.

      Majority of your team mates you will work with remotely. You will see them occasionally in social events.

      Fully remote. One of the nicest teams/people that I’ve ever worked with. Great work life balance.

      Constant reorgs and layoffs. Tight budget for promotions.

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
