Pros
It's an amazing place to work, with an amazing pay scale. The work environment is cutthroat and challenging, yet fun and social. The company treats its employees very well. You have set hours that they mandate, and they are generous hours (9-6pm). The company spends a ton of money on its employees and treats them to things like: sales training, team outings, company parties, regular happy hours, etc.
Cons
It's hard to advance no matter how well you perform. It's a very collegiate and young environment (both a pro and a con). A con for those trying to mature in their life and career.
