      Pros

      They did a lot for us when they could. Even when their revenue was declining rapidly, it was still a good place to work. Generous PTO, decent culture, free lunch on office days.

      Cons

      Leadership has made some major mistakes that resulted in a lot of hardship for the employees. They don't like to reward over performance. They focus more on making sure everyone gets paid what the job title commands, not based on what they produce.

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
