- VERY flexible PTO (I miss it) - Supportive and collaborative leadership bench in CS - When available, tons of encouragement for internal career advancement - Specialist role is a great launchpad for those new to tech/SAS management, but have a great customer service background - Positive mission, that’s reinforced from top-down
Cons
- Product has struggled to find it’s footing after structural/pricing changes in 2022/2023; it’s to customer & internal pushback - Pay is uncompetitive for top performers - Relationship strain between CS/Sales
