Careful.... you need to drink the Kool Ade here. It's very cliquish. It's the weirdest place I've ever worked - you actually get rewarded for shameless self promotion and dinged if you just want to do your job. Tons of people love it but it's the worst place I've worked. So just be careful and trust your instincts in the interview process
