We always want to recognise our employees for the great work they do, and we want to ensure a clear path of progression for your career. We have standards and processes in place including quarterly reviews and calibrations, and we are constantly working to refine this process so it is as transparent, objective and as equitable as possible.
We are aware that there is still work to be done in increasing diversity in some of our teams, and we appreciate the feedback you have given on this.
