Pros

Descent sales training. Ok product. Smart, funny, and caring co-workers. Good stepping stone for a good company like linkedin.

Cons

You're a one man/woman army- Prepare to find your own leads (approximately 1.5hr /1 lead), manage your leads or they get taken (business rule), cc to schedule appointments (60 dials/day min.), prepare for presentations, present, prepare proposals, follow up, contact your current clients, manage all your current clients, manage check their page placement, maintain cpc, track spending for all clients, help with their ats, and manage their tech issues. Never ending cold calling Minimal support Poor compensation Promotion is a rarity Backwards sales structure Complicated CRM No job security Revolving door Lack of synergy with other departments Extremely low employee retention Do yourself a favor and apply somewhere else.

Pros

I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

Cons

The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
