- Immature management, who will act wishy/washy towards you if you’re not in the “boys or girls” club, even though you get your job done and mind your business.
- HR dept that is too concerned with playing video games than implementing real change such as DIVERSITY and office morale.
- A system that was filled with glitches and daily updates. Programs that were unclear when trying to find solutions. Management seemed annoyed when probed with questions.
- Pay; will pay a person with a bachelors / masters degree the same as someone without one.
- Pointless meetings: ie, 1 hr meetings created by managers to celebrate someone’s bday- All the while complaining, thereafter, when quotas haven’t been met. Just give me a card and call it a day!
- Condescending, arrogant coworkers (for the most part) that either have stereotypical expectations of colleagues and steer clear Or try too hard to present themselves according to how they perceive the person is going to stereotypically act.
- Rigged review system that gives you a high score after resigning because they don’t want you to write reviews such as this one.
