Where to Start
1) The senior sales management sucks, they have no clue to run the business and they do not understand what is happening on the ground level.
2) As long as you suck up to the management and become a yes man, your job is safe and you will get career opportunities even if you dont perform well.
3) Unrealistic targets and goals that are set quarter on quarter and on top of that management keeps changing the KRAs and KPIs, first 2 days it is number of calls , then next two days it is sign ups, if management is confused, how can the reps work
4) The managers are not very ethical and turn a blind eye on how you sell, ( if you sell correctly, you cannot achieve your targets), they only think of short term quarter targets and not long term business
5) The management team severely lack management skills, they have no idea how to work in a mnc or know how to motivate and treat employees
6) Those that have left sales (inside or outside) are successful and happy in their roles now
7)Senior management know only to ask "how many signups "but do not help us in any other way than to scold us
