Pros

So many great people in all sorts of departments. Some game changing products to ensure we continue to help people get jobs.

Cons

Promotions non existent but promised continuously. Bringing people in on higher grades of title and salary instead of looking at people already here, who have put in the hard yards. Almost in double figures now of some excellent people leaving in the space of 6/9 months simply because of poor management, lack of promotions, increased salaries and zero strategic planning. It’s such a shame as more are leaving and therefore people left with huge workloads and very little motivation or effort from management to ensure stability at the very least.

Pros

I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

Cons

The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
