Pros
- The product work really well - There is a great work life balance, no late nights here - Local management cares about the employees - A young fun environment - Great experience selling advertising and managing media campaigns
Cons
- By your third quarter at the company the quota is completely un-achievable, no one makes it - You can't make money here - Their is absolutely no career growth - You get no support and very little training on how to sell and manage major media campaigns - The worst micro management I've ever experienced, 60 call daily minimums - After you put in your first year you are always at risk, they basically fire the worst performing rep on each team to make the office numbers look better
