      Real results for clients when they understand the power of sponsorship and branding The people I worked with Good leaders with all different style of leadership from micromanaging to flexibility. Both models worked with some adjustments needed for different reps

      Constant change of product Layoffs have been a real thing here is 2024 and seems to continue every year Doesn’t seem like morale and enjoyment to work at Indeed ever returned to the same levels after the first layoff

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
