      Decent pay once senior level is hit Lunch provided in office Hybrid only 2 days in office The people are some of the best

      Company trying to find ways to scrap all their accounts for money No real answer on how to succeed yet KPI's are set in stone even if they don't actually help you improve your revenue attainment Multiple layoffs causing job fear Definitely a quiet firing of our department

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
