      Pros

      The people at your level and below are still wonderful and the only reason to stay (besides waiting for a redundancy package)

      Cons

      Monthly layoffs in Ireland. Everyone in the company is just waiting for a package before being put out. Lack of strategy from leadersgip and bad prodcut failures have left the company in a bad way. Hiding behind AI as a reason to reduce jobs but the AI uptick is minimal

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
