Pros
- They provide much flexibility for the employee - Constantly upgrading technology to stay current or ahead of industry - Even as the company increased in numbers, it has always felt like a collective/family environment. - Great health benefits - Fast paced; you should rarely get bored. However this all depends on your position and department. There are some mundane roles, as there would be for any company.
Cons
- They employ too few and expect a lot. - Some new members of management (or department leads) come on with that old archaic ("I'm in this position and I'm better than you") entitled attitude, it's not always broken however they discover that it doesn't get you far being rude to your colleagues.
