      They have very good clients who works on latest technologies of big data. We get good opportunities to learn new stuffs.

      Limited clients. But now they are merged into EXL services, so employees may get some more clients to work with

      Small company so not too many layers to reach top-level management. No pressure on performance as we see in big corporates. as long as you have a project , you are good.

      Limited client list so if some project is gone,position is gone
