Pros

Good pay, great benefits - you'll need them to pay for the therapist you'll be seeing until you stop working here.

Cons

You never know where you stand since policies are always changing and direction changes faster than you can blink during any given week. Communication is lacking and inconsistent resulting in confusion and half-implemented internal policies that are nearly impossible to adhere to. The excuse that the company is growing can only cover so many blunders.

ISOutsource Response

At ISOutsource there is an expectation from every one of our team members to have a growth mindset. We understand that not everyone has a natural desire to shift from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset and so we invest in mentorship, coaching, and providing actionable feedback. When team members demonstrate continued apathy, a sense of entitlement, or a resistance to change from ways of carelessness and poor-quality work, we will hold them accountable in order to maintain our high standards around client and team satisfaction. Our NPS metrics (both client and team) show the enormous improvements we have made over the last few years. At ISOutsource, we encourage feedback and provide multiple ways for our team members to use their voice. It is our belief that is one of the many reasons ISOutsource is a great place to work.

Pros

Fair, honest, and fun working environment. Truly great leadership all the way up, despite the odds of that. Very accessible career growth potential and expectations. Transparent pay bands and requirements. Supportive and kind HR department.

Cons

There were times where teams would have infighting, but there was an effort made to improve cohesion and morale.

Pros

Good people and some really talented engineers Most employees genuinely care about clients and want to do good work Exposure to a lot of different technologies and environments Plenty of opportunities to learn because there is always something going on

Cons

Constant reorgs and changing priorities Leadership is reactive and impulsive and the employees have to absorb it Feels like the company is always reacting instead of planning ahead Same problems come up over and over without really getting fixed Lack of accountability from leadership Low trust between employees and leadership Too many decisions made without enough input from the people doing the work Communication is inconsistent and depends heavily on your manager Can feel chaotic and reactive the majority of the time Strong culture of finger pointing and blaming
