Smart colleagues, and interesting work.
Cons
Terrible, horrible, no-good very bad culture. No strategic initiatives that make sense. The echo chamber stifles all creativity. It is pure poison. Growth is from window dressing old offerings and acquisitions, the culture stifles innovation. No rewards or bonuses commensurate with the long hours and demanding work but as the headlines scream overpaid CEO takes care of himself. All good talent flees.
