      Pros

      Good salary, competitive although other CRO companies in the area pay more. IQVIA teaches you more and allows you to grow, but it take time to provide the role compensation (e.g.; performing vendor management activities while waiting for seniority on PMA role which is below PVM). The line managers and team ia great. There are lots of resources to help your work and good flexibility. They pay for home-based employees internet.

      A lot of confusion and competition on who engages clients and who gets credit for sales. Clients are often confused on who is the point of contact .
