      Pros

      Very good life-work balance and benefits (bonus, life insurance, health insurance, pension plan, home-based + aids with the electricity bills, etc.). Also the salaries are very competitive. People are nice and always available to help. There are a lot of career options and switching departments is seen as a good choice, so developing yourself in different areas is an option. Coming from other companies, in my opinion I would recommend choosing IQVIA

      The workload is high, however I believe it is normal in this sector, not something specific of this company

      A lot of confusion and competition on who engages clients and who gets credit for sales. Clients are often confused on who is the point of contact .
