      This review is for the Strategy Consulting (Formerly IMS) arm of the company. No pros to note.

      Low salary Extremely skewed / non objective promotions (to caveat, I experienced a promotion) Extremely poor management Emphasis on individual contribution not managing A/AC/Cs well Extremely low attrition rate Principals are completely out of touch with the length it takes it completely PMR / entire projects The worst work / life balance of any life sciences / strategy / health care consulting firm

      A lot of confusion and competition on who engages clients and who gets credit for sales. Clients are often confused on who is the point of contact .
