      One of the best teams I worked with, if not the best. Great development opportunities & Good work-life balance. Flexible working was commonly accepted.

      Cons

      For me the one and only Cons when working for IMS was the long commute (nothing to do with the company).

      Resources and access to good studies to be successful in research, immediate PTO benefits, 401k match.

      Cons

      Growth opportunities/compensation - besides the annual merit raises of <3 percent I haven’t gotten a raise in 5 years.

      Pros

      The layoffs were handled quietly and unexpectedly, even though there were some early signs. They didn’t share who else was affected, but it was clearly more than just me.

      Cons

      They’re doing layoffs in phases, and my position was part of the most recent round.
