Cons

Cross-utilization is nonsense, they want you to learn processes of other teams when needed. Heavy workload, low salary only good for fresh grads. Favoritism is always present. One mistake and the team leader will be your cctv. Happened for a year

Pros

The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

Cons

It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
