      It is better than being unemployed.

      Cons

      Processes are not well documented and seeking information is arduous and time consuming. CTMS system is not user friendly or intuitive. Resourcing is extremely limited that often project assignments are less than ideal.

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
