      Great growth and development structure. Great benefits. Promotes work-life balance. If you put hard work in, they will reward you.

      Cons

      Right now there's a lot of turnover because of corporate changes. Quintile's goals and needs are changing and many people don't like change - it might be to much.

      Pros

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
