Pros
Very good/familiar atmosphere at the Hoofddorp office, with Friday nights out, a shared office, most lunches eaten together, young co-workers, small project teams, free coffee/juice/water/tee as well as fruit and sweets, subsidised lunch (sandwiches).
Cons
If you don't want to live in the rural areas, you have to commute (by train) for up to an hour from Amsterdam centre, Utrecht or Rotterdam. Processes not well automated (templates) therefore often work is done double.
