Pros

No pros and no perks, be prepared to be treated horribly and disrespected by management including swearing and yelling. After a huge HR case instead of improving and changing the structure they got rid of all the people who said the truth.. the management were lying to people up until the moment they fired them one by one in HR meetings (when a few minutes before they mentioned they wanted to work with us). I have never worked in such a horrible place in my life before. If I had one.. I would recommend my worse enemy to avoid this place and this is my honest feedback (shared by the whole team who is not there anymore and probably has not left a review on Glassdoor). The top management only send emails when a deal comes in and never spoke to us ever before, never shared any feedback.. they only showed up at the point of getting rid of the Team. Hope you guys read this before making any silly moves

Cons

No freedom, prepared to be threatened to lose your job, be called in useless one to one meetings on a weekly basis, be prepared to do push ups if you show up late at work

Pros

Resources and access to good studies to be successful in research, immediate PTO benefits, 401k match.

Cons

Growth opportunities/compensation - besides the annual merit raises of <3 percent I haven’t gotten a raise in 5 years.

Pros

Great pay initially, especially after negotiating. People are very smart and willing to meet for networking and learning opportunities. Flexibility and work life balance is by far the best perk - especially since many roles are fully remote.

Cons

Merit raises have been subpar the last 4 years and do not come close to keeping with inflation, consistently the company cites great EBITDA growth but that never is shown in bonuses nor merit raises despite receiving “exceeds expectations” ratings. Parental leave is a nominal. Very easy to get “lost in the sauce” of such a large company.
