Few layers of bureaucracy People are rewarded for innovation Management listens to employees and implements changes with employee feedback Exposure to many different therapeutic areas allows an employee to learn many things quickly.
Cons
Very difficult to navigate for new employees Hard to learn and get used to the matrix system Difficult to learn because of the enormous flexibility within each job function. Do not go to Quintiles if you expect a lot of hand-holding.
