Pros

Fun teams to work on, variety of projects, industry leader in many aspects

Cons

There is a pretty obvious favoritism and subjectivity in how projects are assigned and reviewed. Sometimes, teams feel almost like a college fraternity ('bro' culture). If you are one of the 'bros,' good for you. If not - well, you will be tasked to take notes at meetings and be given the undesirable tasks. Also, most of the rewards get funneled to the top. For example, equity (stock) rewards are restricted to the top top people, resulting in pretty poor pay for those at more middle and lower levels. Poor upper leadership communication results in an at times random feel to how things happen.

Pros

Remote work option is nice to have

Cons

Zero support from management, with employee development and team concerns often taking a back seat to other priorities. Morale continues to go downhill, and several colleagues exploring opportunities elsewhere or leaving the organization already. The culture is challenging, particularly around providing candid feedback, as employees often are tracker down and face negative repercussions and retaliations. Career advancement depends more on aligning with leadership preferences than on merit and performance. Would not recommend this company to those seeking a supportive environment with transparent growth opportunities. Overall, the culture is political and difficult to navigate.
