Chaos from ongoing acquisition and management repeatedly changing direction - Technical Support Engineer IQVIA Employee Review

By the time I left, I felt a bit like a piece of flotsam being tossed about by the waves. The company has increased a lot in size in the last few years through acquisitions and mergers. That, combined with significant changes in directions and occasional reorganizations when upper management turns over, can leave teams on the ground feeling directionless or like working toward any goal is a futile effort. It was pretty dispiriting.
