Pros
Depending on manager, you may be able to work independently without being micromanaged. Upper management appeared to try to stay in more of the day to day than at bigger CROs.
Cons
No transparency that allows some people to work less and make others pick up the slack. Although open to hearing out suggestions management seemed to be stuck in old ways.
