      - Good work/life balance - Very specialized so great if you like pharma

      Cons

      - Poor salary and bonus. Unfortunately, they seem to think it's good enough.....really need to get your act together! - Lack of proper career management and support. - Very poor training - Too much focus on data makes people think they 'know' what they're talking about when they're really not...

      The team was great to work with and the general work environment was hard to beat

      Cons

      It felt like sales and upper management completely dropped the ball with our product. We had what could have been a large success in the market but we were too ignored to really push ourselves towards new customers. Pretty much the whole team was laid off as a result.
