      Only positive is that I managed to escape with my sanity

      Cons

      -zero work life balance -zero basic human respect and dignity -zero training -zero support for struggling employees -most unprofessional group I've ever worked with -senior principal made racist comments -senior principal made analysts cry on a daily basis -senior principal yelled and cursed at employees in open area at client site in front of client -senior principal behaves very inappropriately with senior consultant roughly 20 years his junior

      1. Bad Culture 2. Don't care about performance, consider everything as a revenue target instead 3. Lean Staffing leads to intense pressure on the employees 4. Basic projects, no learning opportunity 5. No big engagements 6. No opportunity to grow 7. No Leadership Support 8. No Mentorship and training. Go and fend for yourselves 9. There is no concept of WLB 10. Pay is very low. Not worth the grind
