Pros

Office design Work life balance: might be able to work from home and have flexible hours depending on your role and manager Exposure to various global teams and other resources Training/learning resources Ever-evolving environment

Cons

Seattle office management Continuous mergers and acquisitions causes frequent reorganization and feeling of uncertainty Employees' technological tools are somewhat outdated Change management Politics (sometimes feels combative and not collaborative) Lack of diversity Between my interactions with the Business Operations team, the way I was treated when I returned from maternity leave, the inappropriate "artwork", and overall politics, I wouldn't recommend this place

Pros

Remote work option is nice to have

Cons

Zero support from management, with employee development and team concerns often taking a back seat to other priorities. Morale continues to go downhill, and several colleagues exploring opportunities elsewhere or leaving the organization already. The culture is challenging, particularly around providing candid feedback, as employees often are tracker down and face negative repercussions and retaliations. Career advancement depends more on aligning with leadership preferences than on merit and performance. Would not recommend this company to those seeking a supportive environment with transparent growth opportunities. Overall, the culture is political and difficult to navigate.
