Pros
Good conmunication within the writing, copywriting, editing, studio, and printing departments. Excellent people manager in my location and department. Great colleagues within my department, even those in very different timezones. Quite flexible re: taking laptop to work wherever as almost fully remote.
Cons
Constant urgency that pulls you in a million directions from different studies. No training for PRLs and PRSs (project managers and project coordinators) for a very complex job. Results in high and constant level of stress, that does not wnd as there are always many going on. Responsibilities (including training) being absorbed by other departments. Quite a bit of turnover.
