      the company has good benefits and good working environment. Managers are flexible. I'd say is a great work-life balance

      Cons

      started off with an OK salary but it didn´t keep up with the country inflation. big difference in salaries between new and older employees which creates conflicts.

      A lot of confusion and competition on who engages clients and who gets credit for sales. Clients are often confused on who is the point of contact .
