      Pros

      They offer a lot of the typical big corporation perks - tuition reimbursement, assistance programs, CE, etc. in addition to the standard benefits you usually get in US companies. Lots of potential for career growth and promotions. Pay was on par with competitors.

      Cons

      I was on the sales team, so we had to consider "the street" (Wall Street) when setting sales goals and forecasts. It's a fine company if you're ok with the corporate culture. Lots of red tape and multiple levels of approval for even the smallest requests.

      1. Bad Culture 2. Don't care about performance, consider everything as a revenue target instead 3. Lean Staffing leads to intense pressure on the employees 4. Basic projects, no learning opportunity 5. No big engagements 6. No opportunity to grow 7. No Leadership Support 8. No Mentorship and training. Go and fend for yourselves 9. There is no concept of WLB 10. Pay is very low. Not worth the grind
