      Cons

      Fluctuant but sometimes difficult to manage high workload, tiny redundancies still in some processes. Stilll space to improve systems that are used.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
