Thank you for your review! We appreciate that you think IBI is a great company overall. Pivoting to working from home due to COVID-19 brought many changes to the way we work, and we have all shown resilience over the last two years. Certainly, the ever-changing climate surrounding the pandemic has made it difficult to see one another but we hope, along with everyone else, that easing restrictions will allow for us to once again get together to socialise and build comradely amongst our teams. In terms of compensation, our team is always looking at market trends to ensure our salaries are in line and make recommendations to management where applicable.
