We’re in the midst of an intentional culture evolution designed to bring more clarity, consistency, and alignment as we grow. That means some changes in leadership and priorities, which we know can be challenging—especially for those who’ve experienced different chapters of HubSpot. Regarding internal mobility, our goal is to ensure equitable processes and growth opportunities for all employees. We would push back on your comment that we’ve taken away benefits - earlier this year, we added guardrails to Unlimited Vacation, reframing it as Flexible Time Off in an effort to be more equitable across all teams.
