Pros
As a newer HubSpot employee, was very skeptical that they company culture could be THAT good...and it's even better than I could have ever expected, even with all the positive vibes and reviews to read out there. I've never experienced such a company that preaches and practices so fully, both from leadership but from colleagues. It is an honor to work beside such bright, positive, kind people and don't understand how culture cannot be a priority for every company!
Cons
With being a big company, sometimes hard to find who best to connect with and collaborate in departments not close to your own...but there is definitely resources to either figure it out, or reach out anyways and colleagues are more than helpful to send you in the right direction
