Cons
Management is fully focused on numbers, and any vulnerability shown throughout the year will affect your "objective" performance review. Compensation stopped being competitive a couple of years ago, and there hasn't been any adjustment. KPIs have been duplicated, and if you want to go on vacation, you need to compensate for the missed KPIs during your leave by doubling efforts during the previous and following months. Leaving on vacation works against you unless you are a manager.
