- Has turned very political in recent years with the 'Oxbridge' set being promoted/ rewarded and everyone else left to stagnate. - Although always part of Expedia Group it used to feel more like a startup within the bigger org., now feels like we are just unimportant cogs in the wheel waiting for Expedia brand to roll us into their org or make everyone redundant. - Pay is nowhere as close to industry averages as they would like you to think.
