Pros
Hopper is a playground for those who want to gain experience by wearing multiple hats.
Cons
There is no charisma in Hopper's leadership, where they never prioritize employees' career growth. Throughout my 3 years at Hopper, re-organization was a quarterly thing, which means job security is nonexistent here. The worst part is they don't interview their internal employees during those changes which put unqualified people in leadership positions just based on their age, which ended up jeopardizing their more ambitious subordinates' career growth. There was full of blame game I saw among 'leadership' stakeholders all the time, which made work feel super demoralizing and made employees question their purpose on a daily basis. It's not an inspiring place to be. Plus, they never talked about growth and reviews were never taken seriously. And they are very known for threatening their employees when different voice was raised, by asking "Do you want to work here?" during 1-1 meetings that could not be recorded.
