I can't think about anything so far. Many individuals here are expressing dissatisfaction with their work-life balance. Personally, I believe it varies from team to team since I didn't experience any excessive pressure from my manager or co-workers to work extensively. Anyway, make sure you ask your manager during the interview process. Moreover, being a remote company allows you to work at a time that suits your preferences. Consistently showing up and giving your best effort should suffice.
