Company is highly effective in aligning goals, metrics and rallying organizations/functions to achieve aggressive targets. Outstanding technologies and brilliant individuals.
Cons
The hyper focus of pursuing metrics can sometimes foster an environment of tunnel vision decision making processes can diminish value and an ever increasing attitude of everything is important all of the time. Also, sometimes major change initiatives don't have sufficient change management strategies to optimize customer impact.
